We understand your organization may change even at the last minute and do our very best to be as flexible as possible.

We cater to each of our customers on the promise of excellence and satisfaction. We recognize and embrace our customer's needs and are very grateful for their trust and for choosing our company. The services contracted are guaranteed minimums. If we cannot deliver what your ordered, we will provide a better option. Always.
Booking Terms
- In order to guarantee the best organization for your day, we require full payment upon reservation.
- All our prices include an insurance for our guests and guides. We take your security very seriously and we'd rather be safe than sorry.
- We offer you a panel of the most efficient and secure online methods of payment, choose the one that suits you best.
- We accept all currencies, wether you wish to settle in Euros or in your own currency, it's fine by us. Just choose the most suitable on booking.
- We tend to have beautiful weather, however in case of rain we offer you to change the date of your tour or adapt our program of the day.
- We take food restrictions very seriously, please advice us with time so we can offer you the best alternatives. We wouldn't want to disappoint.
- Most wines contain Sulphites. If you believe you may be allergic to it, please advise us. We could not be help responsible for any allergic reaction.
- In case of willing to add more people to your party or extended services on the day, we will do our best to adapt and have onsite payment facilities.
- We love taking pictures and sharing them with our community. If you do not wish to appear in them, just let us know anytime.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations MUST be done in writing by email to heritage@heritagewineexperiences.com. No other form will be accepted as valid.
- We understand you may have last minute change of plans and do our very best to charge as little cancellations fees as possible.
- Cancellation fees are as follow :
- 15 days and over prior to date of booked tour - No fees apply
- 14 to 3 days prior to date of booked tour - 25% of total reservation
- 48h and less prior to time of booked tour - 50% of total reservation
